  • Lubbock was one of the five Texas cities to earn a five-star rating for highest quality of life from Expansion Management Magazine in 2006. This study assessed the living and working environments that companies are likely to encounter when relocating to a city.
  • Lubbock is the home of Texas Tech University… one of Texas’ largest universities. Texas Tech is also the largest of the five higher education institutions located within the Lubbock MSA, and a large percentage of those student populations hail from major metropolitan areas such as Dallas and Houston, where great retail is expected.
